Uganda is located in central Africa, the development of the chicken industry is as follows:
1. Farming scale: The chicken industry in Uganda is relatively small, with most farmers raising between a few hundred and a few thousand laying hens. Large farms are also relatively limited in size, usually around thousands to 10,000 animals.

Farmers usually need to solve problems of breeding chickens, feed, disease prevention and control by themselves.
6. Policy support: The Ugandan government attaches importance to the development of aquaculture and has introduced a series of policies to support farmers. The government provides certain loans, subsidies and technical training support to encourage farmers to develop aquaculture.
7. International cooperation: With the help of the international community, the chicken industry in Uganda is expected to develop. International organizations and technical assistance agencies can provide support to Uganda in areas such as farming technology, feed resources and disease prevention and control.
